Amulet of the Beast (Ivory)
Wondrous Item, Very Rare (requires attunement)
Aura: Strong TransmutationAn Amulet of the Beast shows the image of a wild, wolfish beast bonded in chains. Though it is clearly magical, the identify spell does not reveal any properties, which are apparent only when a creature becomes attuned to the amulet.
Curse. Once a creature has attuned to this amulet, they are afflicted with a specific form of the Curse of Lycanthrope. The kind of lycanthrope is determined when the amulet is first created and cannot be changed. Though any kind of lycanthrope can be chosen, werewolf is by far the most common choice for an Ivory Amulet of the Beast.
